Terms of Use

The app is provided by MAVEN X COMMUNICATIONS FZ-LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you are using the app on behalf of a client organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

Accounts are created and administered by the agency; you cannot sign up on your own. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

The agency may suspend or remove access for a user who no longer works with the relevant organisation, or who breaks the acceptable use rules below.

You agree not to use the app to:

• post, upload or send content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that depicts or promotes violence;
• impersonate another person, or misrepresent who you are or who you work for;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property rights, or upload material you do not have the right to share;
• attempt to access another workspace's data, probe or test the security of the service, or interfere with its normal operation;
• use the AI assistant to generate content that would breach any of the rules above.

We screen content on submission and act on reports. Anyone using the app can report a message or comment, and can block another user, from the menu on that message or comment. Reports go to a monitored queue and we aim to respond within one business day. We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend the accounts responsible.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence we need to host, process, display and transmit it so the service can work — for example to store a video, generate a thumbnail, transcribe a voice note or deliver a message to your team.

The assistant produces content automatically and can be wrong. It is a drafting aid, not professional advice, and you should check anything important before acting on it. Using it sends your request to a third-party model provider — see our Privacy Policy for who those providers are. We ask for your consent before the first time this happens.

Invoices in the app cover video production and related services delivered outside the app. They are paid by card through Stripe. There are no digital goods, subscriptions or unlockable in-app content sold through the app.

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can request deletion of your account at any time from our account deletion page or in Settings. We may end access if these terms are broken, or if the agreement between the agency and your organisation ends.
