Delete your account

This app is operated by MAVEN X COMMUNICATIONS FZ-LLC, trading as The Clips Agency. Submitting this form asks us to close your account and delete your personal data. You do not need to be signed in.

Accounts in this app are created and administered by the agency for its clients and staff, so we verify each request with the workspace owner before acting on it. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

• Your login and profile — name, email address, profile photo and passkeys.
• Your workspace memberships and roles.
• Your chat messages, video comments and voice notes.
• Your notification preferences and registered devices.

• Invoices and financial records, for the period required by tax and accounting law.
• Delivered work — videos and files produced under a contract belong to the client organisation that commissioned them, not to an individual user account, so they stay with that organisation.
• Security and audit logs, kept in a minimised form where we are required to retain them.
